Frequently Asked Questions
As I am often busy performing treatments, I have little time to answer general enquiries and therefore thought it might be helpful if I could answer some of the most common questions here.

What languages do you speak?I was born in Thailand, so Thai is my first language. I do however speak good English, which is important as I will want to understand any problems you may have in order to provide the most appropriate treatment.

How old are you?Some say that a lady should never reveal her age. I agree! I can however tell you that I am not 25, not 40 and not 50!

Is that really you in the photos?Yes, 100%, it is me in the photos. I am a Thai lady (born a lady) who has been living in the UK for nearly 20 years.

When are you available?I usually make myself available for appointments 7 days a week. My last appointment will start at 6pm. Just check my on-line booking page as this will include my latest availability, taking into account any other appointments that have already been booked.

Can I take you out for dinner?No! I am a professional masseuse, not an escort, and I will refuse to see anybody who suggests that I am.

Do you see couples?No. I only offer my treatments on a one-to-one basis.

Do you provide treatments for more than 1hr?No. 1 hour is my maximum appointment for any particular treatment and in the majority of cases, this is more than enough time.

What type of oil do you use?A hot, unscented and chemical free oil is used. After the treatment, any excess oil will be removed from your body using hot towels.

Do you provide any 'extra' services?Ahh, this is probably my most asked question. As I have said previously, I am a professional masseuse, not an escort. That said, I understand that on occasion, some clients find my massage treatments stimulating and would like to finish off their massage treatment with a lingam massage to release any remaining tension. I am happy to perform this service for an additional fee of £20 with completely respectful clients who understand this is a hands only, one way service. To avoid any confusion, my body will remain covered throughout and your hands will remain by your side.

Am I completely naked during the treatment?Whilst many clients feel more comfortable keeping their underwear on, others prefer to be naked, covered by a towel. This is completely down to your own personal preference.

Do you cater for disabled clients?No, sadly not. Sorry.

What clients are you willing to see?I am happy to provide my treatments to anybody, regardless of their age, race or gender. All I ask is that my clients are clean, respectful and do their best to arrive on time for their appointment. It is of course understood that occasionally clients will have difficulties leading to them being late for an appointment. However, clients that are constantly late or repeatedly cancel will be refused further appointments.

Do you have toilets?Yes of course.

Can I shower before and after my treatment?No, sorry. This facility is not currently available.

Will you visit my home or hotel?No, sorry. This is not a service that I provide.

What is your address?As I work from various massage studios close to the city centre, when you make a booking, the address for your appointment will be provided. All my locations are easy to find by postcode (provided after appointment made) and have parking nearby (chargeable). I advise that you download the 'MiPermit' phone app which allows you to easily pay for parking around the city.

Where will the massage treatment be performed?All my treatments are performed in a professional massage studio, located close Derby city centre. I use a traditional massage table and always ensure that the room is nicely heated to a comfortable temperature. There is ample street parking (chargeable) less than one minute away. If you feel like burning off some extra calories, you can attend your appointment by foot (less than 10 minutes walk from Derby bus station, and less than 25 minutes walk from Derby train station.

Can I get a discount?No, sorry. My prices are non negotiable. I believe my range of treatments offer great value for money. I will therefore refuse to see anybody who repeatedly asks for discounts.

Do you offer refunds?No, sorry.

When do I pay for my treatment?We respectfully ask that you arrive shortly before your appointment time so that you can make payment in full.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?It is fully understood that people sometimes have to cancel an appointment, but please understand that this will result in £10.00 being added to the total cost of your next treatment.

What payment methods do you accept?You can pay for your treatment either in cash or debit/credit card. Payment will be required in full with no other payment terms available.
